#1: SheQuantum’s successful “Quantum Technologies Education” journey since the year 2020

To celebrate our Founder’s initiative SheQuantum as we’re entering our fourth year, we would like to take a moment to look back at our very successful journey since our founder Nithyasri Srivathsan founded SheQuantum in 2020. Our testimonials speak for it!

Mark M. Wilde is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Cornell University, New York, United States. He is a recipient of the Career Development Award from the US National Science Foundation, co-recipient of the 2018 AHP-Birkhauser Prize from the journal Annales Henri Poincare, and Associate Editor for Quantum Information Theory at IEEE Transactions on Information Theory and New Journal of Physics. His current research interests are in quantum Shannon theory, quantum optical communication, quantum computational complexity theory, and quantum error correction. And Mark is one of the very early stage supporters of SheQuantum and a vibrant part of our advisory members group.

Here’s the promo of SheQuantum’s first Exclusive Lecture Series back in 2020, delivered by our Advisory Member, Professor Mark Wilde where he introduces the course and shares his thoughts about SheQuantum.

SheQuatum salutes with gratitude, Prof. Mark Wilde for his immense contribution to quantum information theory and for his support to SheQuantum in educating quantum technology to the global masses, especially to women.

SheQuantum, the world’s first quantum computing eLearning platform inspiring and educating women and girls across the world in quantum technologies, founded in 2020 and “We’re proud of our numbers – we have a large quantum community of registered users from 65 countries, 289 institutions, 32 companies and research labs with 54.39% women registered users“.
